We were also impressed with the quality of care provided to pets. From the experience of the management team which supervises the facility to the staff who directly care for pets, Dog Play Day Care operates a step above other daycare and boarding facilities.
As an example, Dog Play Day Care invests in having a staff member stay overnight each night of boarding to ensure that pets get an elevated level of attention and care during boarding stays. Comparatively, most other boarding facilities simply have staff members go home in the evening and return the next morning, largely leaving pets on their own for overnight boarding care.
Additionally, the facilities were very clean during our review and reflected the highest standards. For example, going beyond regular rigorous cleaning cycles, Dog Play Day Care implements a long list of ‘behind the scenes’ preventative cleaning measures to ensure they provide the safest environment for pets and work hard to better prevent seasonal canine sicknesses (e.g., kennel cough, etc.).
