We bring our basset hound here and they take excellent care of him. I love that they offer baths and training and well as daycare. This place is really well run and all the people are kind and patient. I also think their pricing is fair. I can’t think of a single thing I don’t love about Rover’s place. Strongly recommend!

If Marvel (my dog) is happy, then I’m happy. He loves to jump out of the car to meet the staff and all of the pooches in the facility. Everyone I’ve met have been so friendly and helpful. I love that I can sneak a peek of his activities with their webcams. The location is convenient, right off of the Edens and the process of drop-off and pickup is painless. I also enjoy that there are plenty of guests on a daily basis, ensuring that Marvel gets plenty of entertainment and socialization.

I would like to share our experience as a contractor working with the staff at Rover’s Place Northbrook. The staff was attentive and focused on the pets needs. It especially showed with their interaction with the geriatric dogs.
While performing our project there was always a staff member close by comforting any dog that may have been spooked by our tools.
This 5 star rating is written as an outsider looking in and was so impressed with the staff and facilities would not hesitate to take advantage of Rover’s Place services when needed.

My dog, Rex, has been coming here for over 2 years and this place is heaven on earth to him… The manager, Kelly, is the most thoughtful and dog-loving person I have ever met. She knows each and every dog by name, their personality, which dogs they get along best with… Rex still pees every time he sees her because he literally cannot contain his excitement. Along with Kelly, the staff is the absolute best. They are the nicest, most welcoming people that I always love to see whenever I come for drop-off or pickup. This place has been my biggest lifesaver for so many reasons and they are a huge reason why I feel like I’ve been able to give my rescue the best possible life. We love you, Rovers Place team!!
