We compare dog daycare and boarding facilities across each geography that we assess. The goal is to develop a comprehensive assessment of each facility’s operations across a variety of key dimensions, including:

To gather insights, our process for rating each facility included direct conversations with team members at each location through ‘secret shopping’, obtaining customer feedback, and other research.
